I'd call this surrealism, but, knowing the rest of the sries, I'll just call this Alfredism. It's what Arfenhouse tried to be: odd, uncomfortable, and onsensical in an actually entertaining way, unlike randomness, which is just lazy bullshit with "OMFG WTF SPOONS? LOLOL" which is just the most generic, overused concept of all time since good vs. evil.
